When you send an enquiry or use the theatre planner, we collect the details you choose to provide:
- your name, phone number, email address, city and preferred contact method;
- information about your room and project, such as dimensions, seating, intended use and budget range;
- any message you write;
- the page you submitted from, the time of your consent and the consent wording you agreed to.
To protect the form from abuse we also record a one-way hashed form of your IP address and your browser's user agent. We do not store your IP address itself.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and prepare for a consultation, and keep a record of our conversation with you. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your separate permission.
Who can see it
Enquiries are stored in our website database and are accessible only to authorised staff. Service providers that host the website, database and email notifications process the data on our behalf. [List providers here.]

The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a small flag in your browser's session storage so the opening animation plays only once per visit. Staff who sign in to the admin area receive a session cookie required for security.
